This list covers all the known issues of the current version (1.4.0) of Jiffy . If you find something else, please help us by letting us know.

If you have more than one Google account on your device, purchased extension might be lost. This is a bug in Google Play and we are waiting for an answer.

The following workaround has worked for the users that got this problem.

  1. Make sure you have a backup of your Jiffy data by going to the Backup & Restore page and press the backup button.
  2. Uninstall Jiffy.
  3. Go to, make sure your using the same account as the one you purchased the Jiffy from.
  4. Install Jiffy directly from the webpage.


Make sure you have a network connection so that we can contact the purchase server.
If you still have a problem, make sure you don’t have any pending updates for your phone. If you downloaded the program from Google Play, go the store application to see if you have a connected account (it will tell you directly when you open the app if you need to do something)
